I have received the water bottles and they are beautiful. However I thought they would be acid etched logos and they are heat transfer which will come off when scraped. I had hoped to sell them however my concern is the logo will not last. Has this been an issue in the past?

Good morning! this was a replacement order to correct a printing error, and we reviewed carefully before approving, but the logo printing error still appears. There is something printing (overlapping logos vertical and horizontal) that is not showing when we review the online digital image before approving the order. We would love some help. Thank you.

I ordered 100 water bottles for a special event. The design process was simple, shipping was quick, and the product was well-made.
We tested the bottles to ensure no leaks, and everything worked great! The bottles are the perfect size for what we need, and we're ordering more for other upcoming corporate events.
