Order Not Received as Expected – Requesting a Refund

We ordered customized bottles for our event with our logo carefully edited and placed on the bottles. However, the logo printed on the bottles was not clear and did not match the quality or appearance we expected from the approved design.
What is especially concerning is that the order history now appears to show the order as if we had originally ordered it this way, even though the artwork was carefully edited and submitted with the expectation of a clear, professional logo print.
The bottles were intended for an important event, so this quality issue significantly affected the order. We are not satisfied with the final product and are requesting a full refund.
We hope VistaPrint will review the original artwork/order details and resolve this matter fairly.
