Poor Print Quality

After a long talk with support due to the proof not rendering clear, I was assured that the image was of prints standard and there would be no issue with the printing quality. Wrong. All 100 units arrived with blurry print, not usable. Requested a refund for the items and was told I would have to dispose of them myslef... Now I have 100 water bottles that will go in the dump due to poor quality. No recycle or send back program- crazy! Can only imagine how much waste this company produces... and not to mention we will now have to source our product elsewhere. Shame
