I love the mugs that I received, despite the printing issue, as did my team and suppliers who received them. The team at Vistaprint reached out to me without hesitation and have gone above and beyond to rectify the previous printing issue. The mugs are beautiful and of excellent quality. I really encourage anyone who is considering these to make a purchase. Beyond these, I have purchased hats, t-shirts, hoodies, vests, business cards and stickers which have all been amazing. To the team at Vistaprint - excellent job and keep up the amazing work.

Good clarity but a little droopy

The mugs look amazing, but the screening left part of the logo slightly lop-sided.

Imperfect logo

The logos appeared to have a mistake on the top of the circle and look smudged . On all the cups I am not sure if it is a packing issue .

Upon reviewing your design, we found that the logo extended beyond the designated safety line, which unfortunately led to part of it being trimmed during production. To help prevent similar issues in the future, we highly recommend using the on-screen preview and generating a PDF proof before finalizing your order. These tools are extremely useful for catching layout problems ahead of time. Purchased 10 of the campfire mugs for a gathering of friends. We are going on houseboat for a few days to celebrate a milestone birthday. Being magnetic, each mug will have a different magnet. The mugs can be used for beverages, soups, chili etc. less waste. They all arrived in excellent condition.
