The mugs arrived in 8 days and were exactly what we ordered.
They looked great and were a big success.

26% of my mugs had flaws

I ordered them as gifts for a party but 26% of them have flaws in the printing. Either in the design and also the mug colouring. I am so disappointed.

We've reviewed the affected order and have submitted a request to have a merchandise credit for the value of the affected quantity as stated (26%). This credit can be used towards future orders from us and is valid for 1 year
