Everything was okay with the blanket except for the mailing / delivery problems.....I always pay and request for door delivery but a few times (including this time) I was left a notice to pick up my order at the post office which I HATE!!!
I always pay to have it delivered at my door and am always given the assurance that it will be ....then a notice for me to go pick up!!!! Other than this problem, my order was okay. Thank you VistaPrint ......
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We are happy to hear that you were pleased with your custom blanket. However, we completely understand your frustration regarding the parcel being routed to the post office for pickup instead of being delivered directly to your door. Please be assured that we will ensure this matter is shared with our logistics and carrier management teams for review so we can work with our delivery partners to prevent this from happening on future orders. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and taking the time to share your feedback. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team via https://www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/

Perfect Gift Idea – Photos Looked Great

I bought this custom blanket as a gift for my coworker, and I have to say I’m really happy with how it turned out! I’m one of those people who likes to order gifts a month or two before someone’s birthday, especially when it’s a custom item, because I want to make sure I have enough time to fix things if the quality isn’t what I expected.
I was actually a little nervous about the photo resolution because some of the pictures I used were older photos from her kids’ baby pictures, so they weren’t the highest quality to begin with. I even tried using ChatGPT to improve the resolution and just hoped for the best 😂. But when I received the blanket, I was honestly surprised at how good the photos looked! The resolution came out really well, and I’m very happy with the overall quality.
I haven’t given it to her yet, but I think she’s going to love it. She had actually shown me two of the photos I ended up using from her Facebook and said they were some of her favourite pictures of her kids when they were little and so cute, lol. So obviously I had to include those two!
Overall, I’m really happy with how this turned out, especially considering I was worried about the quality of the original photos. I can’t wait to give it to her!
