The pictures on the cup were good I give 5 stars. But it arrived broken. I called and got a replacement for it. But when the second one arrived it too was broken. Because of that I give a total of only 1 star. The reason for the breakage? POOR PACKAGING!! I learned that is how this size mug is shipped out. In a tight small box with a single padding of bubble wrap. The packaging needs to change. To avoid another replacement from arriving broken I was recommended to take a refund. Which I did. Until the packaging changes for the tall Latte mugs I will not be buying them. Other stuff yes. That gets 5 stars.

Nice cip, but surprised with delivery. I'm from Windsor wanting to support local, tracking says this mug came from Arizona USA. Not happy with that. Should be more transparent with country of mfg.
