I have given a 1 star because of your packaging. I ordered 2 mugs. The quality of the printing is excellent however because of the poor packaging one of the mugs arrived shattered in pieces. I contacted Vistaprint to request new mug and that it be properly packaged to withstand the delivery service process. If more time and attention was directed at the packaging it would have saved Vistaprint the cost of reprinting and delivery.

Absolutely. Just click on the “Upload your image” button at the top of the page to add your design. For the best printing results, we recommend using a design or image that’s at least 300 dpi.

You can use our ceramic soup mugs for any hot drink you’d like — coffee, tea, hot chocolate, you name it. The cup’s size is also ideal for ice cream and cereal (and soup, of course).
