The logo ink wasn’t dark and the logo itself and writing were very small. Not worth the money.

We have reviewed the product and would suggest changing the layout of your design to a horizontal view, as the print area on the bag measures 1.77" x 6.69". This way, you can increase the size of the logo and the text. In the future, we suggest that you request a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order: www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. In addition, for a larger print area, we recommend the colored paper bags: www.vistaprint.ca/packaging/shopping-bags/colour-paper-bags. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We hope this helps.
