They didn't print on my box

Designed and approved my design for my shipping box and after two weeks they sent me a blank box with nothing printed on it.

I designed custom pictures to be printed on the top and sides of the boxes. They turned out great. The boxes are a very good quality too so I don't have to worry about them holding up in shipping.
