Shipping delays + low quality paper

I had a mixed experience with Vistaprint. I was expecting the paper to have a soft-touch finish, but the final product didn't match my expectations. My order also arrived significantly later than expected, despite paying for express shipping. To make matters more frustrating, I only received the delay notification the day before the scheduled delivery. That said, there were also some positives. The designer who helped me prepare my hangtags was excellent—knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. I was also impressed by the customer service team, who were responsive, diligent, and genuinely tried to resolve the issues. Overall, while I appreciated the quality of the support I received, I'm not sure I can fully rely on Vistaprint to consistently produce and deliver orders as expected, especially when timing is important.

We're sorry to hear that the final product did not meet your expectations. Upon reviewing your order, we confirmed that our Foil Hang Tags are printed on 300 gsm Premium Matte paper. At this time, we do not offer a Soft Touch finish for foil hang tags. The Soft Touch paper stock is only available for our standard hang tags without the foil finish. We recommend reviewing the available product specifications before placing an order to ensure the selected product matches your expectations. Regarding delivery, we confirmed that your order was placed with Express Shipping and had an estimated delivery date of July 21. We sincerely apologize that your order was delayed by one day and was ultimately delivered on July 22, as well as for the late notification regarding the delay. We understand how important delivery timing can be, especially when you've selected an expedited shipping option. We're pleased to see that our Care Team was able to review your concerns and take the appropriate actions on your order. Logos weren't on the same sides for both and it was embossed on both sides and looked super bad

Foil hang tags can be used in a variety of ways: to display your logo, company or product name, as labels for gifts and party favors and to highlight special discounts or information.

Not at this time. We’re only able to offer pre-designed templates. There are, however, many to choose from, giving you some flexibility with regard to what information, design elements and images are foil-printed.

The premium matte paper used for foil swing tags is 300 gsm.

Not at the moment. The unique foil printing process only allows us to offer single-sided foil printing. However, you can still add a printed reverse side for an additional cost.

We recommend using a minimum 10pt font size to make sure the letters don’t blend or bleed. Try to avoid fonts that are extremely thin or fonts that have small spaces between or inside letters, as they may not provide a crisply printed finish.
