These are great! The bags look awesome and are exactly what I wanted. HOWEVER.....the process to get exactly what I wanted wasn't entirely straightforward. I got a white bag with a clear front window, and I called 3 support people (all very helpful), but only the 3rd figured out how I was really supposed to set up my art so that the window was clear and the bag was white. (It turned out to be a bit of backwards thinking!) This would have been a $500 debacle had I not been skeptical enough to call 3 times.. The set-up needs to be a lot clearer and the interface a lot easier to use. The product itself is great!

The first time I ordered the bags - I was really happy with the end product. I recorded and the alignment of the text was off. I phoned in to have the text adjusted and I received the exact same thing without any adjustments. So, now I am reluctant to order again, as I have lost a lot of time and need the packages to meet deadlines with my customers.

Turned out better than expected. I've read some bad reviews on this product however if you make sure your design is the correct size and align it correctly it seems to be an awesome product.
