Our paper stocks are divided into 3 tiers based on their weight: Standard. Think light-weight & budget-friendly. 13-14pt paper. Our standard stocks include: Matte Glossy Uncoated Recycled Premium. Thicker, textured or more unique 16pt papers. Premium stocks include: Matte Glossy Uncoated Linen Pearl Bamboo Hemp-Blend Cotton Kraft Natural Textured Soft Touch Fine Grit Premium plus. Our thickest, most durable and elevated paper stocks. 18pt paper. I normally have a great experience with Vista Print but on my recent order for double-sided postcards the image was flipped vertically on one side, despite them matching up in my order. So when you flip the postcard the image on the other side appears upside-down.

We completely understand how disappointing it is to flip your postcard over and find the reverse side printing upside-down. After reviewing the layout, we want to advise you that a horizontal template was used for a vertical design layout. When a horizontal template is processed for printing, the reverse side is flipped for printing, which is why the image on the back appears upside-down in the final outcome. For the best results on future projects, we highly recommend choosing a dedicated vertical template right from the start. This ensures the automated print alignment matches your layout perfectly, and your desired results will be achieved. We want to make sure you get postcards you are proud to mail out. Somehow I did not catch the white strip along each side of the postcards. I don’t know how this happened because all I did was amend a few text details of my original version, on which the blue extended from side to side. So I am not happy. Not at all sure how that happened.

Our review shows the image that was uploaded did not follow the full-bleed size guidelines. To prevent white borders, your design must be uploaded in the full bleed size. quantity. Just make sure your postcard upload has an image resolution of at least 300 dots per inch (DPI) and is saved in one of the following formats:
