The issue comes down to the size and quality of the QR code in the artwork; for a code to function, it needs a high enough resolution for a smartphone camera to read its edges. On your uploaded design, the QR code is quite small and low-resolution. Since receiving your review, we zoomed in on your original digital file to test it, but because the resolution is too low, the code unfortunately cannot decode. To ensure your QR code scans perfectly on a future order, we highly recommend downloading a crisp, high-resolution file (like a high-res PNG or vector PDF) directly from your QR generator. You should also increase its size to at least 0.75" x 0.75" on the layout, maintain high contrast between the dark code and a light background, and always test-scan the design on your screen before submitting it.
