Misprinted first but fantastic customer service response to correct it

The print and paper quality is great. On our first run of these, the design was changed after we'd approved the proofs. I guess someone internal thought the text running full bleed was a mistake so they scaled one side so it had a border.
Thankfully, their customer service member Jeson who handled it was super responsive and helpful. They were able to get it reprinted in the original spec and delivered to us before the date of the event. If it wasn't for their quick action I don't know if we'd be using Vista Print again.

We wanted our menu to be glossy on both sides and got only 1 side Nd called to find out was made to look stupid Wow
