The printing was 5 star, but the menu paper was just plain, not durable for everyday use in the restaurant. I thought it would have some kind of coating so that we can wipe it if needed. I had to laminate few of them to be in use.

Upon reviewing the account, we saw that the glossy paper stock was ordered. When placing your ext order, we recommend selecting the synthetic or fine grit menu options because they are tear and water-resistant, so they can be wiped clean. I had a designer edited my project and I was told to submit a request for a review which I did and for some reason they printed the review at the back of the menu.
