The print and paper quality is great. On our first run of these, the design was changed after we'd approved the proofs. I guess someone internal thought the text running full bleed was a mistake so they scaled one side so it had a border.
Thankfully, their customer service member Jeson who handled it was super responsive and helpful. They were able to get it reprinted in the original spec and delivered to us before the date of the event. If it wasn't for their quick action I don't know if we'd be using Vista Print again.

Very disappointed about this product.
The size of the letter is so small, also missing part as the address of business. The photo is so blurry.
