The brochures turned out beautifully—I'm very happy with the overall look and quality.
My only feedback is that they seem to scratch quite easily. It’s important to keep them in a protected area, as the top brochure in a stack can become damaged if not handled carefully.

The quality and timing of the express order was as requested. However, the bi-fold were folded backwards, with the cover on the inside. We managed this ourselves but it was disappointing as it would have been obvious what the front and back were, and this was also stated in the order submission.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the Bi-Fold Brochures. We are pleased that the delivery and quality were as expected. However, we are saddened to learn that the brochure was folded backwards. From our review of the design, we found that the front image was uploaded to the back side, and the back was uploaded to the front side. This is what led to the fold being incorrect. In the future, we kindly recommend that you pay special attention to this in the design studio. We also suggest that you contact our support team via www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/ for help with reviewing your design in the future. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend editing your original design and placing a new order. We trust this was helpful to you.
