The back labels are blurry even after I told the AI to make it Sharper image. The white matte labels are lighter color which makes them look old which I do not like. I liked the front label although they are off center. The AI should have known to make the picture bigger and brighter even after I told it to. I spent over $170 on 200 labels and 100 of the labels are non-readable I'm not happy with this purchase

The sticker background should be transparent instead of white. When I chosen clear background when I created that sticker but what I got is white background.

While your order was correctly submitted with Clear material, the image file uploaded contained a solid white background that was not removed prior to placing the order. Because our printing process is fully automated, white background elements in an uploaded design will print as solid white rather than transparent. We completely understand that this was your first time ordering, and we want to help make this right for you. Could you please reply to this review with an updated design file that has the background removed?
