I ordered 4 items and 2 were made incorrectly from what I designed. Both items we're fixed at no charge, but only one arrived, and I had to once again contact vistaprint to find out where the second one was.

Not the fault of Vista Print, but wish I could have had the option of being sent a sample print, a proof to see if my final was worthy. What I got was way too dark. Much darker than what it looked like on the computer screen.
