Stickers were not cut correctly

Even though I followed all of the suggestions and had my photos over the bleed line and everything, they sent me stickers with a white line along the bottom and the top cut off. I am extremely disappointed, especially with the price of them. Here is a photo of how it is supposed to cut (right) vs what I got for 4/5 of them (left)
