I wasn't aware the uploaded image would be inside the 1" dimension and that there would be an area around the image. The area we wanted to fill was 1"

None of the item can be used as they came out being way off from what was proofed. The printing was not sharp and left the words being distorted and blurred. The colors were also off and blurry.
