Color of print off

I ordered this t-shirt and a bag with the same custom design. The colors on the t-shirt printed portion were way off- purple instead of pink and green instead of yellow. I'm not sure why the colors would be so different on two different products. The printed part seems really plastic-y and I'm not sure how it will wash. The bag printing is lovely. I've ordered lots of t-shirts in the past and they were great so this is disappointing.

We have reviewed the documents, and the colors are light purple and green online. Furthermore, the printing technology is heat transfer. This is described as a firm, plastic-like feel.
