Logo Layout Issue

The shirt itself is very nice, but the layout of the logo I uploaded looked very different on the screen as opposed to what I received. It probably has more to do with the file I used, but when I uploaded the graphic the layout screen showed that only the white area would show, but unfortunately there was a black square on the printed shirt, but again, not on the screen.
I can't wear the shirt as it looks terrible.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you like the quality of the shirt, but we’re sorry to learn that the logo layout did not turn out as expected. Based on our checks, the image used for the design includes a black background, which appears as a different shade compared to the shirt material. This background difference is also visible in the preview of the shirt. For future orders, we recommend uploading the image without a background to avoid this effect. There is also an option in our Design Studio to remove the background, which may help achieve the desired result.
