The colour and clarity is poor. i expected it to turn out similar to the t-shirts you have done for me in the past. The picture looks very faded on the front and back!

Logo was not straight

The quality of the product is great, but I am a little unhappy as the logo I added to the image was sent to me slightly not straight by the manufacturer. I made sure to align everything when designing the item.

By mistake, I thought my order had not been delivered when it was stated that it had been. I contacted Vistaprint and they immediately began to prepare a replacement order. Once I realized the error, I promptly told them yet they continued with the replacement regardless. It arrived within only two days. I'll most certainly use their services in the future knowing that if anything goes wrong, they're on it immediately to make it right.
