Ordered custom shirts with our logo and name. The first batch arrived missing the logo entirely - just the name, oddly placed across the stomach. VistaPrint apologized and promised a reprint that would be 'perfect this time. ' The reshipment came faster than expected, but with the exact same problem: no logo, just text. An agent said they'd follow up after the first mistake, and never did.
Ironic that a company with 'print' in its name can't get printing right. Their quality control apparently relies on machines scanning barcodes, not an actual person checking that the product matches the approved design. Two strikes, zero accountability.

Not happy with the blue and red t-shirts

The texture of the blue and red T-shirts is not as expected. They are not as soft as the white T-shirt, even though they were described as having the same "soft style" material. The print quality on the blue and red shirts also does not match the product description.
In addition, the blue and red T-shirts faded after washing, whereas the orange T-shirt I previously purchased with the same "soft style" description has maintained its color and quality. Based on my previous experience with the orange T-shirt, I expected the blue and red shirts to have the same fabric quality, print quality, and durability.
