Bad print quality

I ordered three shirts which came with heat transfer printing and the quality of the prints was very poor! Two were black shirts with white print and the print was fuzzy on both and off-centre on one. The other was a full colour design on a grey shirt that came out much sharper, but the large portion of print in the middle of the shirt came to me crumpled and stuck to itself. I ultimately salvaged it with a bit of careful ironing (which you’re not supposed to do with heat transfer), but overall I would not recommend heat transfer printing at Vistaprint and would be hesitant to recommend other methods given this serious lapse in quality. I’ve had great experiences with screen printing and embroidery here in the past and when screen printing was no longer an option for limited quantities I hoped that the quality would transfer across the companies offerings, but it unfortunately did not.
