Excellent Service with lost package

Order was split and shipped separate. Second box was not delivered here and instead somewhere else. Vista Print replaced the second box and sent it right away. Was very happy. Purolator didn't have proof of second delivery but was happy that I didn't even have to deal with them.

T-shirt review

I ordered a logo t-shirt from VistaPrint and was really looking forward to wearing it. The printing came out great – clear and exactly how I wanted it. The t-shirt quality itself was okay, nothing special, but acceptable. Unfortunately, one of the t-shirts arrived with a hole in it, which really ruined the experience. After waiting eagerly for my custom design, it was disappointing to receive a damaged product. It took away from the excitement and the overall impression. Would have been a much better experience if the product quality matched the print quality.

Terrible color

The color was nothing like depicted online and they were not wearable because of the wrong color. It shows its a bright orange but its actually a dark burnt orange. Not to our brand standards whatsoever.

Printing crooked

Have been getting the logos printed crooked on the Tshirts I have ordered. Was maybe one per order but has been several orders in a row now that have been crooked. Likely won't order again through vistaprint. Quality has been going down.
