We are very sorry to hear that the design on your shirt came off during its very first wash, especially since you hadn't even had the chance to wear it yet. We completely understand your disappointment and why you wouldn't feel comfortable recommending the product after this experience. To share a bit of context regarding the initial odor, that smell is a standard byproduct of our printing technology and treatment process, and it typically fades completely after a normal wash. While washing the garment in cold water is exactly what we recommend to care for the print, the design should absolutely not have come off in the process.
