The fabric and logo are great, but. . .

It may have been just a one-off issue, because I generally get fantastic custom orders through Vista and have had no glaring concerns. They're great to chat with as well for simple changes. But the product that I received was 4" shorter than the size chart stated, right out of the bag. Again, it may have just been a lemon. . . because the embroidery, garment quality, and colour were exactly as expected. Maybe a Port&Company issue as opposed to a VistaPrint concern. We were still able to give it away to someone who it fits, so at least someone is keeping warm as a result. I wouldn't be deterred, because it really does seem like a one-off issue and I'm sure my next order will be fine.

Loved these! Soft on the inside and looked great with my logo. My only complaint is the amount of white "paper" left on the inside of the sweater from the embroidering process. Was way more than needed.
