I have to say that although the embroidery on my sweater looks great, the quality of the item itself is way below the standards I am used to for Vistaprint. The quality is very poor with mismatched sizing, unfinished seams and extremely thin material. It is definitely not worth the money I paid for it. I will not consider ordering clothing products from Vistaprint in the future.

Thank you for reaching out. We’re sorry to hear that the logo appeared smaller than expected and that the text isn’t clearly visible unless viewed up close. Based on our checks, the logo was not extended to the full bleed, which affected the final print size. Additionally, the printable area for this hoodie is 2.8" x 2.8", which limits the amount of detail that can fit clearly within that space.
