What I received was not what I ordered. Twice.

I ordered a sweatshirt with a large logo in the middle. What I received was a sweatshirt with a tiny logo in the middle that did not match the print preview or anything. I was then sent a replacement and it was still a tiny logo that we could not use.
After all of that, I was given a refund, but apparently not a full refund even though the products I received are not what I ordered and cannot be used.

Please note that the preview of the product on the website, does not reflect the actual print size of a design. Based on the photos you previously provided, we saw that the size of the logo covered the entire print area. I was impressed with the quality of the hoodie, the colour and the photo I had chosen. Not so much with the size I ordered. Thought it was a mistake that a large could be as small as this was. Unfortunately when I checked it was my error that had ordered a "youth" size and not the adult. I have since re-ordered and as a plus the local homeless shelter got a new sweater.
