We are very happy with the replacements that were sent to us after we got an order that was not so great in the quality. The embroidered quality was better on the outside although still a bit sloppy inside and the heat transfer seemed like it was pressed better and not peeling right away! We appreciate them doing that for us considering how much money was spent on orders and we will probably continue using them for our company clothing!
