Printing Issues and quality

The shirt is fairly thin making the quality feel subpar. Also, the print didn't turn out as expected, the picture that I submitted had multiple colours but it was made into one solid colour when I chose my thread colour however the area that was changed was edited by the Vista team and contains no stitching. The embroidered emblem was also far larger than expected.
