We’re glad to hear that you really like the shirt, but we sincerely apologize that the logo stitching did not turn out as expected and appears uneven. We understand how disappointing this can be, especially when you’re happy with the shirt overall. Please send us clear images of the shirt and the stitching, including a close-up of the affected area. This will allow us to review the issue further and determine the best way to assist you.

We sincerely note all of your concerns regarding the mediocre quality, the off fit and odd collar placement, the longer-than-expected sleeves, and how the logo stitching distorted the fit in that area. While we are glad you found the shirt comfortable, we completely understand why you would not purchase it again. For reference, this shirt is crafted from 100% polyester textured knit, featuring breathable, moisture-wicking fabric, a snag-resistant finish, and a Flat Knit Collar. We deeply regret these issues. Since we are unable to customize collars and sleeves to individual fits, based on your concerns, another style of polo may be more suitable for your preferences. We also regret the embroidery issue and kindly request an image so we can take a closer look.
