Stitching is coming off

The stitching is coming off on a significant number of the shirts. The color is incorrect, we requested blue, but the shirts appear purple. We had planned to distribute these at an upcoming event to represent our brand, but due to the current state of the order, we cannot use them. The quality does not reflect the craftsmanship or standards we stand by.

Logo was not embroidery on properly

The shirt material was not laid down flat when the logo was being embroidered. As a result, the fabric is bunching around the logo.
