Coat is very cheap material and logo super tiny

Jacket is very thin and hip length . Definitely looks fuller and a bit longer in photo. Definitely wouldn’t pay over 100$ for this coat! Logo could def be a bit bigger. Definitely size up if you don’t want it super tight.

Although I used the sizing chart to determine what size to order and ordered this jacket in the suggested size large. Unfortunately the jacket is too large for me to wear. I liked it enough to attempt to reorder it in a size medium but after making some adjustments to the and placing the order, it said it was unavailable. Very disappointing as it's very difficult to find customizable items in our corporate colour of orange.

Jacket looks good. Decent quality. Embroidery looks good from the front but the embroidery paper and some threading from back needs to be addressed. How annoyed would you be if you went to North Face, bought a jacket, took it home and had to trim away the embroidery paper and loose/botched threading every time you purchased from them? How long would you continue buying embroidered apparel from them?
