Embroidery was not straight and the hat has horns

The letters were scattered at different angles and strangely distorted
The shape of the hat is a bit like having rounded horns or 2 bumps at the top.
I'd like to show a picture to show the embroidery but there is no place for this.

Awesome job on the embroidery but the quality of the beanie is not great. The beanie itself is to stretchy and not snug enough around my friend's head. The color I selecte3d was Burgundy and it's more of a brown color so not what I ordered.
