Colours were altered

Difficult to tell from a screen but my colours were altered on the final product to be a teal and not green as required. 1st customer saw this and questioned what happened

The logo was accurate and properly placed, not crooked or otherwise misaligned. I think it could have looked better if they used some backing material to sew on the logo. I have a similar toque from another printer that uses backing material for their embroidery and it looks really crisp and clean. I'm still pleased with the resulting product and the ordering process was simple, with delivery being as promised.
