This company is crumbling. Your customer support is inneficient, the design was butched and i never received the correct artwork. Despicable.

The logo size was really small and the embroidery was okay at best. Some hats had loose threads or mistakes in the logo. They could have done a nicer job if QC was better. The actual hats were good, we ordered Flexfit 110 and they are a good comfy hats.

My company name and logo is more rectangular than square, the printable area on the hat is small compared to the avaiable space actually on the hat. Also, I think my head size is fairly normal, but I have tighten the strap smaller than the normal lowest setting, I would not buy this hat if it was on a store shelf
