We're sorry to hear the logo and text came out smaller than expected, and that the overall look didn't match your vision. The design is limited to the 2" x 2.5" placeholder area shown on the hat, so the final size is constrained by that space. When text is used alone, especially horizontally, it fills only a small portion of the width, resulting in a more minimal look.
