We understand your concern about the black ink mark on the white tote. This has been considered a production issue, and to resolve it, we have processed a replacement order at no additional cost. You can view the expected delivery date in your Order History at https://www.vistaprint.ca/oh/, and you will receive an email with tracking details once the replacement has shipped. Please feel free to keep or recycle the original item.
