Smaller and lower quality material than expected. Partly my issue, but I thought I was getting something larger and more aligned with the classic "Trader Joes" style bags based on the images.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for reviewing your order. We regret to hear that the size and quality of the tote bags were not as expected. Your satisfaction is important to us, so this is not the experience we want you to have. Upon reviewing the account, we saw that the size of the bag is included in the title on the product page on the website (www.vistaprint.ca/clothing-bags/bags/totes/large-tote-bag-with-58-42-cm-handles). We offer a wide variety of tote bags in various sizes, so we hope another option will work better for you. In the design centre, the logo space looked off-centre. making the logo off cente. So we adjusted the logo to make it centred, but then when we got it, the logo was off-centred. This is not a huge deal, but a head's up for anyone else who notices this, just let the design take up the entire space, and the logo space will be centred.
It was smaller than expected, but that's my fault for not reading.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
