String bags cotton is much lighter than advertised

We chose white printing on the cotton and jute bags, which had great contrast in the mockup. But when the product arrived, the cotton is a very light cream color, not beige like in the mockup. So the white logos almost disappear on the cotton. There is not enough contrast.

We appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the Rio™ Drawstring Backpack. We are sorry to hear that the white text was hard to see on the lighter part of the bag. Please note that the color of the bag is "Natural". As such, white color printing may not be the best for this color bag. Furthermore, the screen-printing technology may be a better option when using a single white color since it is slightly raised and may give a better contrast than the heat transfer printing. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend editing the original design to add more contrast and placing a new order.
