Poor print work - Good Bag

I received these bags on time and they appear to be of decent quality for the price. To my disappointment the printing was off on my product on receipt. The mock up online clearly shows the writing centered and on the lowest portion of the flap with the words centered above but between the 2 flaps. Just how I wanted it. However when I received these, you can see in my picture (attached) that the writing was in the middle of the print area (top to bottom) and the words are off center to the left. The 1st word is above the latch on the left and the last word doesn't quite get to the right latch.
My plan was to add a logo at the top of the print area that Vista Print could not do as I wanted more than one color for the logo. No big deal as a local printer was happy to add the logo for me in time for our conference.
I am now forced to print the logo on one side and having to add something else to the other side so the whole thing appears centered.
