Bacback zippers are a little cheap, not ideal for work, and lots of use

Great Item with 1 Caveat

This product is a really great bag. There is lots of room to hold multiple items comfortably and the bag itself is very strong. Unfortunately, one of the shoulder straps was frayed and starting to tear - almost as if got caught in something. I sewed the strap and it works fine. This is why I am only giving it 4 stars.
