To ensure QR codes work properly when printed, they should be uploaded in high resolution so the code remains sharp and readable. While the overall card design appears to be high resolution, the QR code itself is in a lower resolution, which can affect how easily it scans once printed. We recommend updating the QR code with a higher-resolution version for the best result. Once updated, we’d be happy to assist further and arrange a courtesy replacement.
