Please confirm if both cards were supposed to have the email address and not the website.

Upon checking your order, we noticed that although your design is in a portrait layout, the horizontal orientation option was selected. In this specific setup, designs are required to be placed facing opposite directions to ensure they appear in the correct orientation once printed. For future orders, we recommend selecting the orientation option that matches the actual layout of your uploaded design to ensure everything is aligned as expected. In the meantime, as a one-time courtesy, we have made the necessary adjustments to the orientation and processed a replacement for you at no cost. This will be handled under your original order number, and an email with tracking details will be sent to you as soon as the package has shipped out. Please feel free to dispose of or recycle the items you originally received. We appreciate your business and are happy to help make this right for you.
