Upon checking the file you uploaded, it appears the image may have been a snapshot or scan of an existing business card. When an image is captured this way, the colors often aren't configured correctly for professional printing. Images you see on a computer or phone (or a scanned image) use RGB (Red, Green, Blue), which is a light-based color model that results in brighter, more vibrant colors. Our printing use CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) inks. When RGB files are printed using CMYK, colors often appear darker and can shift significantly. For the most accurate color representation, especially for business materials, we always recommend uploading a professionally designed file saved in the CMYK color space. To help us print a corrected batch for you, could you please share the original digital copy of the design for the cards? If you have the original file (e.g., PDF, AI, PSD), we can ensure the colors are set up for CMYK printing and that the final product matches your expectations.
