Printing quality was low, you could see the dots

I paid the premium to get high quality printing and I got a weak print where you can see all the dots from the print in all the products purchased. But especially in the business cards and stickers.

We've reviewed the products and found that the resolution for the images that were uploaded is too low, which caused the printing to be blurry/grainy. We are happy to provide you with a free replacement order. Please upload high-resolution images of the products and save them on the website. Once this is done, please reply to this email/message, so we can review the new images and proceed with placing the replacement order if possible.

embossed cards gives a luxury feel on it, but it is hard to do front and back embossment, would be much better if it could

At the moment, the embossed option is only available on the front, which is why embossing both sides isn’t possible. I am beyond happy with my recent order with Vista Print. I had some cards done by them that didn’t come out right, it was an emboss issue, after pointing it out, they refunded my fully no questions asked and suggested tips on how to avoid this in the future, took their advice, submitted a new design, and I kid you not, 2 days later, it’s in my mail. I am blown away but not only the turn around but how amazing and fantastic my cards came out!
