Thanks for your review submission. We’re sorry your business cards didn’t turn out as expected. Printed colors can appear darker than on screen, and subtle backgrounds may be less visible. Different color profiles used in digital images can affect how colors appear when printed. If an image is designed for screen viewing (like RGB) but printed in CMYK (recommended color model), it may result in unexpected color shifts or blurriness. For the best results, we recommend ensuring your artwork uses high-resolution images (at least 300 dpi) and checking colors in CMYK mode, which more accurately represents print colors than RGB. We have completed our checks and have emailed you information that speaks to a resolution that has been provided to you.
