Upon checking your account, we noticed that your previous successful orders included the raised foil finish because the Silver Foil option was selected, which matched your specific design. However, this new order was placed using Gold Foil. Because your design file did not include the necessary gold markers required for that specific finish, this batch was unfortunately unsuccessful compared to your past orders. Additionally, because of a more complex printing process, we’re only able to offer pre-designed templates for raised foil business cards. This particular detail was disclosed on the product FAQ section (https://www.vistaprint.ca/business-cards/raised-foil#FAQs). We are very glad to see that our Care Team has already been able to assist you with this concern.
